Learn How to Box From Our Professionals

Are you interested in learning how to box? Our boxing instructors are all former or current boxers. You will be learning the ropes from people who have stood toe-to-toe with other boxers and know what it takes to improve your skills. We have combined the components of a professional boxer’s workout with extreme fitness drills.

You will burn more calories and build more muscle definition than any other workout in the shortest amount of time. Kiss your boring weights and cardio machines goodbye. Our boxing classes are segmented into 2 groups. We offer both group and private sessions.
  • 15 years and over
  • 10 to 15 years

Youth Class:
Monday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
 
Adult Classes:
Monday: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
