First, we’ll find out how many
calories you need a day to lose weight.
Then we’ll combine that with what one of our leading fitness experts call: “Sweat Equity,” meaning you’re investing in your weight control by putting exercise in the mix. Because you’re looking to lose weight, we’ll safely guide you through a program that’s 90% compound exercises. A compound movement is one in which a lot of muscles have to work together to perform an exercise. More muscles working means more calories burned both during and after the workout. Stretching & Flexibility
At SSF we can’t emphasize enough the importance of targeted stretching & flexibility training as a way to reduce injuries, increase optimal posture, and produce optimal
movement whether you’re walking up a flight of stairs, getting out of bed, or engaging in a sporting activity.
Do you play golf? Achieve a more consistent
and powerful swing by reducing movement restrictions that cause an alteration in other
bio mechanics because of limited stretch to the muscles. We’ll focus on increasing your active flexibility, which describes how far a joint can move as a result of active contraction to the muscle. The joints that have the most potential
to move will have the greatest impact on your
golf performance. Expect increase movement
of your spine (neck, upper back and lower back), shoulders and shoulder blades, hips and ankles.

Finally, a program designed specifically for children that allow them to have fun while developing essential interactive and sports skills in one seamless transition.
